Enrollment IMEI Whitelist to restrict what devices can be enrolled

Advantages:

  • This feature should be used if you want to restrict which devices can access and enroll into your workspace

  • An empty list means that ANY device can enroll in your workspace

Warning

Android 10 (and above) devices enrolled via Basic enrollment restrict viewing of their IMEI number so can't be Whitelisted!



Steps

  1. Visit FocusMDM Dashboard https://focus.dimagi.com/a/enroll/whitelist

  2. Click “+Add IMEI” to create a new approved IMEI
