Patient Translated MaterialsÂ
The SureAdhere patient materials have been translated into several languages. Each language has a translated version for iOS and Android. The files are in word doc format for easy editing if necessary. If you do not see the language you need listed below, you can use the English patient materials to roughly translate in an online translating service (such as Google Translate or DeepL).
Please note, the SureAdhere mobile app can be translated into several different languages as well. To translate the patient's mobile app the patient will need to navigate to the "Welcome! Log In" screen, then click the button in the top right hand corner, and select "Change Language". The languages that are currently available for patients are - English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Vietnamese, Amharic, Tagalog, Russian, Haitian Creole, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Chinese Simplified, Marshallese. (Coming 2024: Afrikans, Kyrgyz, Sepedi, Somali, Tsonga, Tswana, Xhosa, Zulu)

Side Effects Chart
Over the years, we have found that using this Side Effect Sheet below has been useful for nurses to use with their patients. The sheet can be easily updated to include the patient's language. Patient's can then point to the side effect/symptom they are experiencing in their at home dose videos to show their providers what they are experiencing.
