CommCare offers a range of software plans with features accessible to all users based on their selected plan. These plans are designed to support a broad user base, ensuring that core and advanced functionalities are available at predictable pricing tiers. In addition to these standard software plans, some organizations engage Dimagi’s services team through professional services contracts to support specific project needs.In these cases, clients may gain access to features that are controlled by a feature flag. These are typically experimental, R&D-driven, or innovative capabilities that have not yet undergone full testing for general availability.

Because these features require additional support and maintenance, they are only available to:

1. Organizations who hire Dimagi for a professional services contract

2. Who pay an ongoing, separate subscription for special support for these features.

For these programs, access to feature-flagged functionality is assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that projects using them have the necessary technical guidance and resources for successful implementation.
