Device Health Status

Admins using the FocusMDM dashboard can now view particular device health stats for a Device. This feature provides admins better troubleshooting data when devices present technical problems in the field.

• Storage Info - Internal storage status (total/free). Requires android OS >= 9. Devices don't behave as expected when there is limited storage on the device. Issues are raised if free internal storage drops below 10%.

• Memory Info - RAM memory status (total/free).

• SIM card ID - Unique identifier (serial number) of the primary SIM card. 

• Carrier - is the mobile network provider. In case device has two SIM cards, both carriers will be displayed. 

• Signal strength - If there is no Carrier, then this will show as "unknown". Signal strength is expressed in dBm (decibels relative to one milliwatt).
