The purpose of a CommTrack worksheet is to return as much detailed information as possible for our developers and FMs to build a CommTrack mobile app. It has been proved an effective approach from our field experience of CommCare (learn more about CommCare worksheets for your interest). 

At a high level, these are the things we expect to know from your answers in a CommTrack worksheet:

  1. What system do you have in place?

  2. What's your current workflow?

  3. What are the road blockers to streamline your workflow?

  4. How would CommTrack system help improve your system?

  5. Who will use and how they will use CommTrack?

You can always email us for support if you have any question on the worksheet. We might also update our worksheet based on your feedback!

When the worksheet is good to go, here is what would happen:

  1. Developers build it, you deploy it

  2. FMs build it, you deploy it (not available now)
