Team Groups
Below are the different groups that you can assign to a team member.
It is best to think of these groups as permissions that you assign to a user.
The groups below (except super admin) does not include the other groups below it. For instance, if you belong to the Experiment Admin group, that does not mean that you will automatically belong to the chat viewer group, nor does it give you the permissions of the chat viewer.
Super Admin
A user with this group can do anything within the team.
Team Admin
A user with this group can only manage team related tasks like add or remove team members, providers, change team member groups etc.
Experiment Admin
Users with this group can only manage experiments and all associated objects like safety layers, surveys, consent forms etc. They will also be able to see and edit participant data associated with an experiment.
This group does not allow the user to view participant sessions for this experiment.
Chat Viewer
Users with this group can only view participant sessions.
Analysis Admin
Users with this group can only analysis pipelines related tasks like add new ones, delete existing ones etc.
You need to have the “pipelines” feature flag enabled as well as have the correct permissions in order to use the analysis feature
Analysis Users
Users with this group can only use existing analysis pipelines, but not create new ones or delete existing ones.
Assistant Admin
Users with this group can only manage assistants and files associated with the assistant itself.
Note that files uploaded during a conversation will only be accessible and visible to the user engaging with the bot.
Event Admin
Users belonging to this group have the ability to oversee events and actions related to an experiment.
Pipeline Admin
Users with this group can only do pipeline related tasks e.g. add new ones, delete existing ones etc.
You need to have the “pipelines-v2” feature flag enabled as well as have the correct permissions in order to use this feature.
