In Open Chat Studio the central tenant is a Team. Each team has an isolated environment to work in a all data is owned by that team.

When you first sign up to Open Chat Studio or if you create a new Team, you will need to configure the team with some settings before you can start building bots.

LLM Service Providers

These are services that provide access to Large Language Models e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic. Before you can create a bot you need to create at least one LLM Provider which will require you to enter the authentication details for the specific provider you select.

Speech Service Providers

These providers support Speech to Text and Text to Speech which can be used with bots to interpret voice messages and to respond with voice.

Messaging Providers

These providers connect Open Chat Studio with services like Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS etc.

Security

The authentication details you specify are encrypted and never fully revealed after being set.
