Project Ending & Archiving Workspace

When a client ends their contract with Dimagi, the Workspace can be deactivated using the "Unenroll" button on the Workspace Settings

This action results in

  • removing access to the Dashboard for all the Admin Users of the client

  • If the devices are in DO Mode, then FocusMDM cannot be uninstalled off the device, but it will have no impact on the phone usage. No rules or monitoring will be done

  • If the devices are in Basic Mode, then Focus MDM can be uninstalled from the device.

  • all devices will be archived



NOTE

Data stored in FocusMDMs database will not be deleted. Contact Dimagi to request this

All transactional data about a device will be deleted after 90 days
