This explains step by step how to link a Google account to FocusMDM and this is used to enroll your devices in DO mode.
VERY IMPORTANT
You can ONLY use a Google account where the email is *********@gmail.com (NOTE that the suffix is “gmail.com” )
You CANNOT use a company Google account email address. For example xxxxx@yourcompanyname.com will NOT work
The login email ID for this setup should be stored somewhere safe so future users are able to locate it if needed
Screens you will see when Linking FocusMDM to your Google account
- Enter your Business Name
- Confirm that the EMM Provider is "Dimagi Mobile Management Gateway"
- For security reasons, you will need to enter in contact details for your organization
- Then you will be complete and can return to the FocusMDM dashboard
