Once you have created a new CommTrack program, you could associate it with web users, mobile workers, and different products. For now we do not expect to support more than 10 programs.
How to Associate Programs with Web Users?
A web user associated with a specific CommTrack program can only visit reports automatically filtered for his program. There is no way for him to visit reports for other programs.
You can do this either on the Invite Page or on the Edit Page.
Option 1: Go to Users tab, select Web Users & Roles on the left navigation bar. Make sure the checkbox for "Restrict Web User access based on location" is tickled. Click on 'Invite Web Users'. An email invite would been sent to you and the invited person.
Once the invited person confirms and accepts invitation, he/she would show up on the Web User page. You could always come remove the membership
How to Associate Programs with Mobile Workers
Go to Users tab and click on the username you want to associate with a specific program. Select CommTrack, in the dropdown menu select your program, and update CommTrack Settings.
How to Associate Programs with Products?
Go to 'Manage Products' Section under Setup tab. Click the product you want to associate with. Select 'MCH' or other programs you created, and click Update Product. You will be automatically brought to the Manage Products screen and see the update (By default every product you created is associated with 'default' program. If there is only one type of medicine being tracked, you can just leave it unchanged).
