Associating User and Products with Programs

Once you have created a new CommTrack program, you could associate it with web users, mobile workers, and different products. For now we do NOT expect to support more than 10 programs.Â
User-Program Association
Go to Users tab and select Mobil Workers. Then, click on the username you want to associate with a specific program. Select the locations tab and in the dropdown menu select your program. When complete, select Update Location Settings.
Product-Program Association
Go to the Products section under the Setup tab. Create a new product or select a product you want to associate with a Program. In this screen, you will be able to access a dropdown where you can define your Program. You will be automatically brought to the Available Products screen after selecting Update Product (by default every product you created is initially associated with the 'Uncategorized' program. If there is only one type of medicine being tracked, you can just leave it unchanged).
