Once you have created a new CommTrack program, you could associate it with web users, mobile workers, and different products.
How to Associate Programs with Web Users?
You can do this either on the Invite Page or on the Edit Page.
Option 1
Go to Users tab, select Web Users & Roles on the left navigation bar, and click on 'Invite Web Users'.
In a Location-enabled domain, web users can optionally be linked to a program.
* This option is available both on the invite page as well as the edit page
* Program is selected from a drop-down menu. We do not expect to support more than 10 programs.
How to Associate Programs with Mobile Workers
How to Associate Programs with Products?
Go to 'Manage Products' Section under Setup tab. Click the For now we do NOT expect to support more than 10 programs.
User-Program Association
Go to Users tab and select Mobil Workers. Then, click on the username you want to associate with a specific program. Select the locations tab and in the dropdown menu select your program. When complete, select Update Location Settings.
Product-Program Association
Go to the Products section under the Setup tab. Create a new product or select a product you want to associate with . Select 'MCH' or other programs you created, and click Update Producta Program. In this screen, you will be able to access a dropdown where you can define your Program. You will be automatically brought to the Manage Available Products screen and see the update (By after selecting Update Product (by default every product you created is initially associated with the 'defaultUncategorized' program. If there is only one type of medicine being tracked, you can just leave it unchanged).
