After setting up your CommCareHQ workspace, go to Project Settings and click 'Basics', select 'CommTrack Enabled' and update. After this step your project would become CommTrack-enabled. click your username on upper right hand and select Project Settings. Go to the left navigation pane and select Feature Previews under Project Administration. Enable CommTrack and update previews.
