Reports in the SureAdhere Provider App

Overview

Organizations can hide specific reports that are not relevant to their organization's workflows.

Important Note:

  • Configurable Reports is an additional feature that must be activated. Please email us at sureadhere@dimagi.com if you are interested in having this features activated.

Patient Reports

Patient reports are listed on the Patients → Reports tab of the Provider application. These reports include data for one specific patient, found in their profile.

Global Reports

The staff will see global reports listed on the Reports tab of the Provider application. These reports show account wide data for all patients.

Workflows

By hiding reports that are not relevant to your organization, the Reports lists become cleaner and more tailored. This simplification allows for more efficient reporting workflows across both Global and Patient data.
