1. Configurable Reports - To let organizations customize their reporting experience.

   1. The reports available in the "Reports" tab are now configurable. This includes both "Global Reports" (account-wide data) and "Patient Reports" (data for one specific patient, found in their profile).

   2. Organizations can now hide specific reports that are not relevant to their workflow. To customize which reports are visible for your account, please contact the SureAdhere support team.

1. New Site-Level Notifications - To give staff members a quick overview of site performance.

   1. Quick Actions will now show "Low adherence" and "Low video review rate" alerts when a site's adherence or review rate falls below a set target.

   2. Each alert includes an "EMAIL STAFF" button to open your default email app and quickly contact the staff at that site.

2. New Consecutive Missed Doses Alerts - This item will appear when a patient had 2 or more consevutive missed doses to help you quickly identify patients who may be falling off treatment or if a patient has not submitted a video for 3 consecutive expected doses.

   1. A new alert for "consecutive missed doses" will appear in Quick Actions when a patient misses multiple scheduled doses in a row.

   2. This notification includes a "VIEW PATIENT" button to go directly to that patient's profile for follow-up.

3. Quick Actions Grouping - To keep your dashboard clean and organized.

   1. When there are multiple notifications of the same type (like "New video"), they will now be grouped together.

   2. You can click the summary line (e.g., "+ 4 additional...") to expand the list and see all the individual events.

4. Updated Icons - The icons for "New video" and "Late video" events in the Quick Actions panel have been updated for a clearer, refreshed look.

1. Late Video Notifications on Dashboard - To help you support patients, we have added a new notification to the Quick Actions panel for videos that have not been submitted on time.

   1. Late video alerts will now appear on your dashboard when a patient's scheduled video is overdue by 6 hours or more.

   2. Each notification includes an action to message the patient directly.

1. Redesigned Regimen Creation and Scheduling - We have completely redesigned the regimen tool to make it easier to create and change patient regimens, based on feedback from nurses around the world. This includes a handful of new workflows below:

   1. Calendar Preview: The new dedicated calendar on the right instantly updates to show what days patients should be expected to take medication.

   2. Automatic Dose Calculation: To help prevent data entry errors, the system now automatically calculates the total dose for a drug based on the number and size of prescribed pills.

   3. Separate drug schedules: Managing patients with multiple drugs on different schedules is now much clearer. Each schedule can now be edited separately, saving a headache when making changes to just one drug.

   4. Sunday Start Week: Based on user feedback, the week in the new Calendar Preview and all date pickers within the regimen section now starts on Sunday to provide a more familiar layout.

1. Multi-Time Zone Support for Sites - We've introduced a major enhancement for organizations that operate across different regions. Here's how it works:

   1. Client accounts can now support multiple time zones, allowing each site to be configured to its specific local time. Previously, all sites within a client account were limited to a single time zone.

   2. To ensure accuracy, all times displayed within the platform (like video submission times) now automatically adjust to the viewer's own system time zone, providing greater clarity when managing care across the country.

1. Video review - The video review window now includes a shortcut button to mark this dose as adherent, ensuring all drugs are marked as taken via Video Observed Therapy, and includes a preview of expected drugs in a given dose. This makes for much more efficient video review, while continuing to offer all current options (like side effects, comments, and partial doses) if needed. 2. Announcements - The SureAdhere dashboard can now display announcements for various important system updates. We’ll use this sparingly, but it’s a good place to check for recent improvements to SureAdhere.

1. Account name - The account name is now displayed at the top of your screen.

2. Automatic former patient data cleanup - We’ve introduced a new system to help maintain data accuracy for your patients. Here’s how it works:

   1. SureAdhere automatically detects patients who have active accounts in the system but who haven’t logged into the app in over 1 year.

   2. You’ll be prompted with an option to deactivate all of these these patients directly from the alert. This simply removes them from active patient reports and from your home screen lists, without deleting any data, helping you track your current patients more clearly.

   3. You can also choose to be reminded later.

   4. Deactivated patients can be reactivated at any time from their profile page if needed. Once again, no data is deleted.

   5. Deactivating former patients prevents unauthorized login, keeping SureAdhere secure.

3. Reliability fixes - This release also includes fixes to video playback reliability and a number of security updates.

1. More useful help menu: We've expanded the functionality of the question mark icon (?) located in the top-right corner of the provider app. It now drops down into a menu, similar to the other icons nearby, offering quick access to helpful resources. Clicking each item will open the corresponding resource in a new browser tab:

   1. Training materials: Links directly to our training documentation.

   2. Release notes: Access the dedicated page for SureAdhere release notes.

   3. Report an issue: Opens the form in the SureAdhere Help Center to easily submit support requests or report problems.

2. Bug Fixes: This release also includes several fixes to improve performance and reliability of messaging and regimen.

1. Virtual visits - SureAdhere now allows providers to schedule live video chats with patients (using Android phones only at this time), unlocking new opportunities for care. Virtual visits are accessed through the messages tab, and need to be enabled by the SureAdhere team.

1. Quick actions - After extensive feedback, we’ve created a new section at the top of the dashboard that gives users quick actions, starting with a direct link to review the most recent patient videos.

2. Adherence - SureAdhere now displays the 7 day average adherence of your site (total adherent doses divided by the total number of expected doses). To increase adherence, make sure to:

   1. Review recent videos

   2. Stop any old regimens of patients who have completed their treatment

   3. Mark old patients as inactive in the patient profile

1. SMS Delivery Improvements - We’ve improved our SMS delivery system, allowing us to send SMS messages more reliably in more locations.

2. Patient Screen Enhancements: We’ve fixed a number of issues on the provider app when viewing patient details.

3. Inactive Patient Access: Inactive patients will no longer be able to log in to the application, protecting patients from incorrect logins to expired accounts. This increases security and privacy as well as control for providers. Patients can always be reactivated, and records are kept according to our standard policy.

1. Video Decryption & Uploading - SureAdhere now features enhanced capabilities to efficiently handle concurrent processes related to video decryption and uploading. This improvement addresses previous performance issues, ensuring faster processing and a smoother user experience during high-volume video handling.

2. Video Encoding - SureAdhere now encodes uploaded videos, allowing playback at multiple levels of video quality. This means that if a provider is in a low-bandwidth setting, they can still view videos at a lower quality level without buffering.

3. Storage Policy - A new storage policy has been implemented for videos, optimizing data management and ensuring more efficient use of storage resources.

1. Virtual visits - SureAdhere supports virtual video calls between providers and patients on Android phones. This is currently only available for select clients who have opted in. If you’re interested in testing this feature, reach out to SureAdhere-help@dimagi.com.

2. Report descriptions - All export reports now have descriptions

3. Fixes - A number of minor issues were addressed, including rare cases of the calendar view being blank, as well as some video playback reliability issues.

1. Interface improvements - The provider app has been overhauled to work on any screen size, making it easier to view patient data on desktop, laptop, and tablet screens.

2. Minor navigation changes - additional menu items have been made visible to make common workflows easier to navigate with fewer clicks. No workflows have been changed.

1. Icons - Updated look of icons on patient Adherence Calendar.

2. Video Pop-Up Window - If a video is linked to a dose then the dose details will display under the video when it is opened.
