Setup and Configuration

This page and associated sections guide a user to setup their organisation on Connect.

To setup their organisation on Connect, a user can take the following actions:

LLO Onboarding Workflow

The following is the recommended workflow for onboarding a new Local Led Organization (LLO) onto Connect:

  1. LLO signs up on Connect: The LLO representative registers on the Connect web platform using their email. Refer to Signing up for Connect on Web

  2. Dimagi user creates a workspace and LLO entity: A Dimagi user with workspace creation permission creates a new workspace and selects (or creates) the LLO entity to associate with it. Refer to Creating a new Workspace

  3. Dimagi user invites the LLO to the workspace: The Dimagi user invites the LLO's registered Connect email to the workspace by adding them as a member with the desired role. Refer to Inviting Users to an Existing Connect Workspace

  4. LLO accepts the invite: The LLO representative receives an email invitation. Once they accept, their Connect account is linked to the entity-backed workspace and they can access it as a Network Manager.
