The reports on this tab display the performance of facilities in reporting to CommTrack system. You can choose to view the reports, depending on your level of access, for all registered districts or a specific district or facility for a specific period of time. You could also filter the reports by programs. This page allows you to view both current and historical datastatus. The default view is the most recent 7 days.
If you choose to view the report for all registered locations or multiple locations in a specific district, the table under the pie chart allows you to view the Reporting status at a high level.
You need to setup the threshold for On-time report, Late report, and Non-reporting before this report actually makes sense.
Reporting: this column indicates the percentage of facilities in this specific district that report their stock on hand (or other reports depending on your project need) through CommTrack mobile app on time.
Non-reporting: indicates the percentage of facilities in this specific district that fails to report their stock on hand (or other reports depending on your project need) through CommTrack mobile app in the time range you set.
NOTE: The default setting for this report (if you do not set up the threshold in CommTrack settings) is decided by the Date Range you select. If you set the date range to show Reporting Rate of all facilities in one specific district in last 30 days, facilities with reports submitted in the first 15 days would be categorized as ‘On-time’, facilities submitting reports in the 2nd half of last 30 days would be treated as 'Late'. Facilities without any submitted reports in this date range would be recognized as 'Non-reporting'.
If you filter the Reporting Rate report for one facility, you would see a new table below the pie chart since it doesn't make sense to display the percentage of facilities with On-time report submission for one specific facility. We are working on this feature and this documentation would get updated once the feature gets to a stable point.
