A web user associated with a specific CommTrack program can only visit reports automatically filtered for his program/location. You can do this either on the Invite Page or on the Edit Page.Option 1: Go to Users tab, select Web Users & Roles on the left navigation bar. Make sure the checkbox for "Restrict Web User access based on location" is tickled. with Admin access will have the ability to add new locations and products as well as change the default consumption rates.
Click on 'Invite Web Users' and enter the email address for the new Web User. An email invite would been will be sent to you and the invited person. Once Once the invited person confirms and accepts invitation, he/she would they will show up on the Web User page.
Option 2: blocked by active bug
You can opt for restricting access to specific reports for each web user. In our example, once you set the Program associate with oddmilk.test@gmail.com to be MCH, this web user would only have access to reports and data associated with this Program. You can set these restrictions when adding a new Web User or by clicking on the user's email address in the list if they have already been added.This Roles table outlines what access is given to each role.
