- number of facilities for each product would differ for each product if the demand for types of products is facility specific (i.e. some facility might only have supply of coartem, some might have all)
- number of facilities for products might differ from the total number of facilities if there are facilities not submitting enough data for CommTrack to generate stock status assessment
- Stocked out: Percentage of facilities that have no stock of the product during the time range you set
- Understocked: percentage of facilities that do not have enough stock to last until next order is received
- Adequate stock: percentage of facilities that have enough stock to last until next order is received
- Overstocked: percentage of facilities that have too much stock until next order is received

Inventory
An inventory is the process of counting the total numbers of units of products at any given time. An inventory report could hold information about all the coartem in a storage facility. It includes:
- with stock status assessed by the two indicators above (Remaining MOS and Stock Status), RQS gives an suggestion of resupply quantity in your next order/distribution. The value is decided by remaining MOS and the monthly consumption rate configured in your project
- Resupply Quantity suggested will not return any real value if the storing facility is over-stocked

- all data submission would go to insufficient data column temporarily before data submissions for each facility (by mobile user) reach the length of user-configured minimum window for calculation (days). Once data submissions get over the minimum window for calculation, insufficient data column would go away and stock status per facility would be displayed correctly.
