If you encounter any buggy issue, click 'Report an issue' on the bottom of the page where you are currently on.
CommTrack support team will respond and help look into the issue within 24 hours. It would be very helpful if you could provide as much information about what happened as possible when reporting the issue. . You may also add the email of a colleague, supervisor or Dimagi member who is familiar with your project to the report's "Other recipients" field. This person will then be notified of the report submission and will be able to track the response and progress of troubleshooting. An email is automatically sent to the person submitting the report confirming receipt and providing the report tracking number.
