Objective:

To supervise logistics activity at registered locations and analyze data collected using CommTrack, you could view Reports and export raw data.

Web Reports:

Web reports in CommTrack require web user credentials when you access them. Being an admin web user you can also give other users with a CommTrack account access to web reports.

There are two big categories of web reports that are accessible: CommTrack specific reports and CommCare generic reports. CommTrack specific reports monitor logistics activity at each location (or supply point, facility as we use these words interchangeably), while CommCare generic reports focus more on monitoring the performance of mobile application users. Learn more about CommCare generic reports.

CommTrack web reports can be accessed using the 'Reports' tab. There are 3 reports and 2 maps. By default you would be guided to 'Saved Reports' whenever logging into your CommTrack project domain.

CommTrack web reports allow you to view:

  1. Data Tables
Users can access, analyse, and export data received for specific locations or product in standard table format using filters

  2. Maps
Users can view Stock Status and Reporting Status data received for each location on the map (when GPS coordinates for each location is available)

  3. Charts
Users can view Stock Status by Product in barchart and Reporting Rate by locations in pie chart

Data Exports:

You can also export raw data for customized analysis just as you would in CommCare. This can be done by accessing the 'Data' tab.
