1. Setup Tab on Top bavigation bar: This is where web users create and manage products, programs, and location
2. CommTrack-specific settings under Users Tab
   1. A web user could click one username to edit a mobile worker and he would see 'CommTrack' amongst a set of tabs from 'Basic' to 'Permanent Actions'.
   2. Click on 'CommTrack' and this would bring the web user to the page where he could associate a CommTrack mobile worker to a specific Supply Point and a specific program created in Setup
   3. Assign CommTrack User Roles for a specific mobile worker 
3. Hidden CommCare Reports
   1. All reports under 'MANAGE DEPLOYMENTS' are hidden
   2. Section 'MESSAGING' is renamed as 'LOGS' but reports are all the same

   1. There would be a new section 'COMMTRACK' including three reports and two maps
      1. Stock Status by Product
      2. Inventory
      3. Reporting Rate
      4. Stock Status (map)
