Configuration on CommCare HQ

Firstly, enable the "Register from Case List" add-on from the application settings page, if its not yet enabled. 

1. Access the application settings page by clicking on the gear icon on the top-left pane on of your application page. 
2. On the application settings page, select the Add-ons tab, then scroll down to the Mobile Experience block.Select and select the button with three-lines in the upper right hand corner and make sure the Mobile Experience is checked
3. Scroll down to the Mobile Experience block and select the Register from case list checkbox and hit save.
