1. Configure the Home Visit Form
Navigate to the Home Visit/Followup Form and again, go to the Case Management tab:
Recall the four different types of forms under case management. Here we want the form to require selection of a case in order to be accessed.

You should see a slightly different array of options from the Registration Form:
This time there is no option to "register a new case" since we are requiring a case to update or close.

- Navigate to the Birth Outcome Form
- Click on the Case Management Tab
- Just like above, set the form type to "updates or closes a case"
- This time, also put a tick mark in "Close Case" at the bottom of the Case Management Tab
- Save your changes
