1. Label your multimedia files with the relevant question ID eg. if question ID=woman_name, then label the audio/image file as woman_name
   1. Once all your multimedia files are correctly labeled (with the relevant question ID), you now have the option to bulk upload your files (images/audio/video)
2. Place all your images/audio files into a directory structure that mirrors the file path
   1. You can see the file path in the Media section of the form builder by clicking on Advanced Show path  (see below)
      1. In the example below, the file path for the audio file is file/commcare/audio/data/anc_visit1
      2. In the below example, the file path for the image files is file/commcare/image/data/anc_visit1

33a. The directory structure/folder structure for those files will normally look like the following (please read 3b for questions in question groups)

commcare\image\data\anc_visit1

Such that the file called anc_visit1 is in a folder called data.The data folder is in a folder called image and the image folder is in a folder called commcare (top level)

3b. NOTE when questions are part of a Question Group: If the question of interest is in a question group, then you will need to add an extra folder when bulk uploading

eg. if question date_birth is in the question group age, then the file path on CommCareHQ will look like commcare/image/data/age/date_birth

Therefore, in your data folder, you can have both multimedia files (questions not in a group) as well as folders that contain multimedia files for grouped questions.

NB:  You can add all the relevant audio or image files into the appropriate data folder and now you can bulk upload them

Finally, you 4. You will need to make a Zip version of the commcare folder before proceeding to bulk upload on HQ.

45. Click on Multimedia from the left hand menu of CommCare HQ (see below)

56.  A new window will appear and you can now click on multimedia reference checker.

67. The multimedia reference checker page will open and you can now click on Go to bulk upload (see below)

78. Now click on Select Files and then Begin upload (see below)
