Use the reassign cases report to search and filter for the cases you care about - then check the cases you want to reassign and choose "Group" and the location you want to reassign the cases to.

Similar to assigning groups between mobile workers, you can use the Reassign Cases report to choose a location.  To go to the Reassign Cases report, choose the Data tab, then choose View All, then choose the Reassign Cases link on the left side.
