. What if I am using a feature now that will be in a pay-only software plan?
If your project is currently using a feature that is in a pay-only software plan, you need to sign up for that software plan to continue using the feature. This must be done once the software plans go into effect January 1, 2014. If you cannot afford the software plan, you must apply for a pro-bono plan by emailing information@dimagi.com (see FAQ 8 below)

14. How are payments made?
By January 1st, 2014, organizations will be able to pay via credit card on CommCareHQ. If an organizations also purchases services package, Dimagi will includes the software plan for 12 months. This will also be visible in HQ billing.
